New Vice President of Finance and Operations

Dee Morgan brings 16 years of industry expertise acquired at Texas Instruments to leading fabless RF semiconductor company

San Diego – March 27, 2007 – Sequoia Communications, the fabless RF semiconductor company setting new benchmarks in multi-mode design and integration, today announced that Dee Morgan, a seasoned semiconductor industry veteran, has joined the company as vice president of finance and operations. Morgan contributes more than 16 years of semiconductor industry experience to the company.

“Dee Morgan brings a wealth of semiconductor operations expertise to Sequoia Communications from Texas Instruments, and is a valuable addition to our executive team,” said Sequoia Communications’ CEO Dave Shepard. “Her skills in both finance and operations management will be critical to the company as we transition into volume production of our innovative multi-mode RF transceivers.”

Prior to joining Sequoia Communications, Morgan spent 16 years at Texas Instruments, the leading digital signal processing and analog technologies company, in various senior management positions. Most recently, Morgan was the director of finance and operations of the Digital Signal Processing Systems business, a multi-billion dollar division of TI that included DSP, analog, and RF products. She also served as director of finance and operations for the Broadband Communications Group and the Sun Business Unit, as well as the finance manager for the Asia region, planning manager for EDA Software and other various positions in Internal Audits.
